N123PC, N44KY, N440KB, N44SK , N888LV and N12NN (News Hell Copter?)  to name few of Many such Rogue Helicopters pretending like they do cop job in the sky!? N745SH,  So many private helicopters flying over west side of Vegas, the flight path, flight op behavior and activities are in violations of FAA, most of them do not use Transponder, use Fake registration, fly over homes/residential areas in low altitude, fly with notorious MK Ultra, Nazi noise type ??..Fly like Unknown?, fly with invalid Registration, Fly Blocked and so on, all nefarious activities right under the nose of the local Las Vegas police helicopters, tracking activities prove that they might be working clandestinely with agencies or police to spy on innocent Summerlin residents. THIS IS THE FIRST REPORT :- Feb27, 2018 Notorious Helicopter Gangs in West Las Vegas Sky In the Last three days [72 hours,]  about half a dozen Notorious Helicopters rampaged Las Vegas sky flying from morning to late evening and continued the next day, most of these activities happened in the Summerlin, that is the west part of Vegas.     About Five to Seven Helicopters [Check the screen captures from tracking sites]  were tracked, some of them were off the tracking system, others had invalid transponder etc.   The five notorious one documented here in this blog post flew over homes, residential areas and all over Summerlin again, again and again, just Rampaged sky over residential areas, it Felt like a "HELL" has been unleashed on top of homes and residential areas in a quite neighborhood.  Many of these 5-7 Helicopters had  Fictitious names, fictitious tail number with Invalid Transponder, fake ownership EXCEPT THE LEAD Helicopter [...
